Why wait? Be one step ahead.
Beginning May 15, 2010, states will be required to submit individual WIASRD records on exited and currently enrolled WIA participants every quarter. Why?
"To obtain more robust, "real time" information on individual characteristics and services and to determine the effect of the Recovery Act resources....There is significant value added by obtaining quarterly individual records from state workforce agencies. First, quarterly submissions would provide more timely participant information to respond to the oversight needs of Governors, state and local boards, Congress, Federal stakeholders, and the general public...Quarterly individual data will provide a much clearer picture of how the system is responding to changing state and local economic and labor market conditions."

InSite can help.
InSite is exclusively designed for the public workforce system to provide a dynamic window on a state's workforce activities. State agencies utilize InSite to build Workforce Intelligence by using InSite's dynamic data analysis and reporting capabilities right from the desktop to understand details about what services have been provided for whom and with what outcomes down to the WIB level. InSite's window on workforce system performance information is precisely what US DOL is wanting to achieve under this new quarterly submission policy. Now states can enjoy instant access and the ability to analyze even more information within the framework of a dynamic decision support system exclusively designed to meet the needs of workforce development administrators and policymakers.
How does it work?
InSite is a hosted web-application operated by FutureWork systems, the nation's leading provider of Web-based performance management tools for workforce development. InSite clients have access to a secure, unique InSite Web-application for their state. Approved users simply login to this secured website and can slice, dice and drill into workforce data for analysis and reporting.
By May 15, 2010, states will be submitting quarterly WIASRD data to US DOL. InSite requires the same data set to populate the application. So, each quarter, states submit to the FutureWorks team the WIASRD file via secure data transfer. The FutureWorks team runs validation and data quality checks and processes the data for load into your InSite web application. Within 48 hours of receipt of your data submission, your InSite user community has access to this data for analysis and oversight. It's that simple.
Powerful WIA/ARRA Quarterly analysis and reporting
A unique, hosted InSite Web application for your state.
InSite is provided via a hosted service offered by FutureWork systems so there's no complicated IT implementation or any ongoing internal software upgrades or maintenance required by state client IT teams. FutureWork Systems is responsible for operating and maintaining the IT infrastructure responsible for running your InSite Web application. This includes all application updates and enhancements when they become available.
Unlimited user seats
InSite comes with 12 user seats, but states may request any number beyond these initial seats.
Onsite Training
InSite is a powerful tool that most people have not experienced. InSite is very intuitive; however, onsite training is critical to the successful use of the tool within any workforce development community of adminstrators and policymakers. InSite includes one full day of onsite training for all InSite password holders.
Ongoing Technical Support
InSite clients enjoy ongoing technical support via FutureWork's 800 phone support, email and InSite Web communication forms.
