How does the service work?
Each quarter, your performance data is loaded into your InSite system with data that is pulled from the JTA system. FutureWorksystems has worked closely with the JTA system for over 8 years so this data submission process is streamlined and efficient for everyone in California. Once data is processed and loaded, FutureWork systems updates your InSite application and your analyst has immediate access to current performance information, including Common Measures and flow data for NewRegistrants, Currently Enrolled, Served and Exited.
In addition, InSite includes a powerful Performance Dashboard. The dashboard not only gives the analyst a quick view of performance and flow data, but also can be shared outside the InSite application while keeping the dashboard's interactivity intact. Sharing current peformance information with stakeholders has never been easier and more powerful.
