FutureWork Systems is pleased to offer an additional service to Performance Matters Plus. This service is a guided review and discussion based on quarterly results as reported on your Performance Matters website. This review will provide you with:

  • a practical approach to utilizing the site
  • quarterly observations on performance trends and factors that may influence outcomes
  • assistance in interpreting results
  • suggestions for further research and follow up activities

How does it work?

Each quarter, FutureWorks will host a web conference with policymakers at the state and/or local level in which we will report on our examination of your website and assist in identifying performance trends and factors that may be influencing outcomes. Prior to the conference, we will post a summary of findings on the Performance Forum bulletin board on your website for review by conference participants.

The scheduled conference would take place via web conferencing and a telephone hookup. We suggest that participants gather at one location with an LCD and a speaker telephone hookup. We can also accommodate multiple sites if necessary. The conference agenda would be flexible and would be open to explore different areas of interest to policymakers. Follow up questions, comments or observations could be posted to the Performance Forum.

Why Should I Participate?

Clients who have participated in our pilot program for Quarterly Performance Reviews have benefited in the following ways:

  • They discover new features of the system that they were not previously aware of.
  • They learn different methods of identifying strength and weakness in their workforce systems.
  • They tend to formulate short term continuous improvement goals which they can monitor on the website.
  • They benefit from our experience and the experience of other users in understanding and utilizing performance information and leveraging the website.

FutureWorks benefits by obtaining feedback from participants, which allows us to be responsive to client needs and to continuously enhance the system.
