Federally Compliant Monthly Reports

Generate any of the ARRA required supplemental monthly reports right from your Performance Matters Plus Web application. Reports featured on the Website meet all DOL ARRA report specifications and will allow you to configure reports by location and month. Reports are outputted as PDF files and can be widely distributed outside of the Performance Matters Plus website, requiring no password access. Info on required supplemental reports from TEGL 24-08.

Track Stimulus Funds

Performance Matters Plus tracks allocations, expenditures and obligations for ARRA pursuant to TEGL 17-08 issued 4/23/09. Performance Matters Plus expands on the ETA requirement by providing monthly reporting at the WIB level.

Participant Tracking

ETA has expanded field 326 in the WIASRD to allow for the tracking of ARRA participants, in whole or part. Performance Matters Plus includes this update, allowing users to isolate characteristics, services and outcomes as they relate to ARRA participants.

Summer Youth Tracking

Performance Matters Plus contains a sub-system module for tracking all requirements of stimulus funds targeted at Summer Youth. This includes the ability to identify Summer Youth participants through flow and Work Readiness data views or reports.

Policy and Tracking Data Views

ARRA specific data views or default reports are available within Performance Matters Plus, including an ARRA dashboard. These views track flows and outcomes by major training categories as identified in TEGL 24-08. They show the categories, percent included in the category, outcomes, and a comparison of PY 08 vs. PY 07. Comparisons can be framed according to the time definitions for ARRA funding compared to similar periods of previous years.

All ARRA views within the Performance Matters Plus Web application for your area are dynamic. Users can use Performance Matters Plus easy ad-hoc reporting funcationality to generate the analysis view they need when they want it and can save, print, export them easily.
