The Dashboard Application

One of the most popular features of Performance Matters Plus is the Dashboard Application. This standalone application connected to your Performance Matters Plus website provides a way for you to view and share your performance data using interactive dashboards with anyone who doesn't have a password to your Performance Matters Plus website. You control who has access and the content that is available to them. The dashboard application is a perfect way to keep key stakeholders informed.

Available Dashboards

The Performance Matters Plus Dashboard Application comes equipped with 6 dashboards and a complete administrative section. Check out the samples below by clicking the links. Dashboards are interactive, so mouseover chart and grid elements, utilize drop down lists to manipulate content/see values.

Workforce Performance - Provides both performance and customer flow data across all programs by location including percent of plan achieved.

Workforce Benchmarking - Provides performance data for all monitored programs within your Performance Matters Plus system (WIA, Wagner-Peyser, Trade) and allows benchmarking locations. Exception highlighting used to easily identify performance locations.

WP Performance - Provides both performance and flow information by location for Wagner Peyser customers.

WIA Performance - Provides WIA only performance. The customer flow data includes WIA self-service customers.

WIA Flow - Provides WIA only customer flow data and allows benchmarking locations. Customer flow includes both self-service and staff assisted customers. On the Distribution Tab, the Dial of Net Gain and Loss shows exiters that have a 90 day report lag. Allows option of including or excluding Self Service WIA as well as toggling to last program year.

WIA Youth – Provide overview of Youth WIA performance and flow measures as well as the ability to benchmark locations. In-School vs. Out-of-school analysis filtering with single-click action.
