Executives at state and local workforce development levels utilize Performance Matters Plus to easily oversee program performance while delivering a powerful, cost-effective performance management tool to program management and IT staff.

Executives can quickly identify performance trouble spots at the state, local and contractor levels and have access to the information they need to direct staff focus and support policy decisions.

The executive dashboard, a favorite executive feature found on Performance Matters, gives an interactive summary view of performance, orienting an executive to the current state of performance measures by location and funding source. Executives can easily share these interactive dashboards by sending it as an interactive PDF document to WIB Members and others outside of their Performance Matters Plus user community.

Administrators enjoy the Performance Matters Plus service beyond the application toolset. Executives take advantage of technical assistance services and the Quarterly Performance Reviews to engage their teams on performance topics and to gain a greater understanding of what's happening within their area(s) and what can be done to improve performance. In addition, executives enjoy the benefits of knowing that they have an independent team of performance experts working to keep tabs on DOL initiatives that impact performance measures and that any changes to performance measures as dictated by DOL will be covered within their Performance Matters Plus system as part of the application service.
