As an application service provider model, states or local areas subscribe to the system and pay a monthly subscription fee. This model of software delivery is very cost effective because it removes the financial risks typically associated with IT investments while keeping costs down.

Performance Matters Plus subscription fees are based on the size of your LWIA or state, on the number of licensed users, frequency of your performance data loads, and on any customization to the application.

Implementation

Performance Matters Plus can be operational within your area in as little as 30 days. Upon procurement, we work closely with you and outline an implementation plan that includes defining your area's location hierarchy, collecting the initial data load, including any historical data, review and quality assurance and training. If you elect to customize your application with additional data elements or custom performance metrics that are unique to your area, additional tasks will be included in the implementation plan. Please note that customizations may increase the time to deployment.
