Rosters 2.0 is an important component to the Performance Matters Plus application service.
Performance Matters Plus takes your transaction data and transforms it into a decision support
database model. In the process of creating this data mining object and running through validation processes following DOL guidelines,
FutureWork Systems builds an audit trail that tells which participants
were included in which measures and what numerators and denominators
they contribute. It also identifies people currently in program,
exited and new registrants. In addition to providing this level of detail to back up the information within your Performance Matters Plus system, these rosters include exclusion codes and exclusion reasons to allow system users to understand why individuals were not included within performance measures. This level of information allows for targeted follow-up activities that can improve performance outcomes.
FutureWork Systems makes this “roster” database available
to client administrators who leverage this query-ready database
into a very valuable tool.
Among other uses, they have:
- Validated
against their transaction systems
- Provided details
to their sub locations for verification
- Built “targeting”
rosters that identify individuals who require intervention before
they fail a measure (e.g. in the denominator of Credential but
not yet attained? Still time?)
- Used them for internal
audits
- Created
MS Access reports (or other reporting tool) from a very easy to
use, non-schema , flat database structure.
- Created
rosters for identifying individuals with specific characteristics
or who have received certain services.
Rosters 2.0 are provided with each data load and include a User's Guide that includes detailed instructions for using Rosters 2.0 for each performance measure.
