Youth Program managers utilize the Web app to oversee Youth program flow and performance. They easily track flow for new registrants, currently enrolled participants, exiters and served and have access to outcomes for all WIA and Common Measures. Analysis can be performed at the state, local and provider levels.
Youth Managers use Performance Matters Plus for benchmarking their area's performance against others to help identify best practices.
