Performance Matters Plus requires minimal training. As a Web-based
application accessed through a common Web browser
and utilizing user-friendly interface elements and
simple application controls, there's little to no
"interface learning curve." The applications
have been designed for users at all technical skill
levels.
Upon Performance Matters Plus implementation, FutureWork Systems
provides on-site, hands-on training for application users. Generally, organizations require one day of on-site
training, but this depends on several factors, such
as the level of application customization and the
number of application users. FutureWorks will work
with you and your team to determine appropriate levels of on-site
training.
